My Actifit Report Card: June 11 2025

Today was a lot busier thanni anticipated. Went and visited all of the satellite campuses, so lots of windshield time and a lot of walking around on tours.

It was good, especially when looking at one of the new centers, well a new building there and seeing the remodel happen, good times.

Then, I helped a buddy change the oil in his car, so much easier to do with a lift. Following that, went out to eat before getting on a machine and doing some chest presses, butterflies, curls and some lat pull-downs, man i miss the weightroom.
