My Actifit Report Card: July 9 2025
Today was not too bad, a few walks around campus, lots of stretching, juelst trying to loosen things up.
I was able to squeeze a workout in before I came home. Started with barbell deadlifts, 115, I was doing more than double that before, but I can the weakness has come in. Had some more incline bench, Arnold presses. Additionally, having goblet squats, bent over rows, and weighted situps made sure that I was getting a full body workout, downside, tweaked my back a little, just like getting back in will do!
