My Actifit Report Card: July 21 2025
Today became busy, a lot of things to get done at work, slowly plugging along.
I did take quick lap around the college about every two hours, which added up to a good amount.
The other bulk of activity came from the gym. Still taking it slower with the shoulder but dis in line and floor presses. The Arnold press along with tricep extensions and dips.
Finished with some situps and Russian twists, followed by some breathing exercises.
I was stretching most of the day since I found out the shoulder is coming from the tightness in my shoulder area.
