My Actifit Report Card: July 28 2025
Today was pretty busy running around the campus, I did a couple of laps around campus before it got too hot, it hit 105 today, just a nasty temperature...
Then I did make it too the weightroom, started with some front squats, weighted lunges, and a walking glute bridge. Following that was dumbbell bench, kettlebell presses, and push-ups. Finished up with some core exercises that included reverse crunches and walking lunges. I think I will be sore tomorrow.
