My Actifit Report Card: December 23 2025
Today was a busy day normal morning routine, not much changed there.
Then played one round, but thirty six holes of disc golf. Played with a friend, best disc, normal for eighteen, then since we wanted to work on other throws, a round of best disc with only forehand and left handed throws, which was crazy!
Then when I got home, got some e cleaning done, then started some lifting since I felt good. One set of each, going to failure. Curls, overhead triceps, back flys, floor press, leg lifts and crunches, wasn't too happy with the results, I miss lifting.
