Today was the first day I actually got up and around, not only doing housework but getting some actual work done as well, which was a good thing since I was getting so far behind.

In addition to walking around the house, I was able to get the stretching and push-ups in during the morning routine, I have missed the exercise, but my lungs will not be able to take it.
