My Actifit Report Card: February 18 2026

Today was a pretty good day, stretching was not too painful, which is always good, i was kind of in a daze this morning though.

After getting to campus and walking around to meet some people, I left campus and got a tour of a cheese factory. It was very interesting too see all of it up close, a lot of walking with it as well.

After that, I went a helped some culinary students by being a judge, getting them ready for competition, so more walking was involved.
