My Actifit Report Card: February 23 2026

Today was not as busy as I thought it was, but i did get some pacing around the office and having a couple of meetings in other building so I got my walking in that way.

It was below freezing when I walked into work, around noon it was about sixty degrees, a very nice temperature for a walk. Hence my activity for the day was mostly from that.

I did have my normal morning routine and then some housework in preparation for tomorrow, rounded it all out.
