Today was not too bad of a day, really cold, aka below freezing whenni got to work, forty degrees warmer around mid day. I did get some walking in there.

I also had an off campus meeting that was good, got some more walking in with that one.

Combine the walking with the morning routine and you have it set and ready to take off for an active day!
