My Actifit Report Card: February 25 2026
Today was not too bad, a decent amount of walking, which was good, weird weather again, forty degrees temperature swing.
Then when I got home, I did get some cleaning done, but more importantly, I took the little bit of dumbbells that I have and got a little bit of a workout in. Push-ups with rows, bicep curl, Romanian deadlifts with rows, and some overhead tricep lifting. I need to get back into the habit of it again!
Add all that to the painful morning stretching and we are good.
