My Actifit Report Card: March 2 2026
Today was a day of a lot of walking, I was doing a couple of observations so it was walking around the lab a few times.
After getting a decent start to the morning, still painful on the stretches, but it seemed to loosen up a little bit.
I was also able to do some compound lifting. Started with a curl that moved to a shoulder press and then up to an overhead tricep exercises. Then bringing it all the way back down to the starting curl position.
