My Actifit Report Card: April 16 2026
Today was a little slower for me, but i feel i am making progress, mostly through all of the physical therapy sessions that I am keeping up with at home.
Adding the weight to the knee exercises is a good thing to fo, makes it a little sore but not the painful way more the "hey, you haven't used me in awhile" kind of way, so a good thing.
The neck and shoulder exercises are doing good, I think once I get back to things I should be loose enough to really get behind the disc, just the aim will be off.
