My Actifit Report Card: April 20 2026
Today's physical therapy was not as bad as last Monday, but it was still great to work out.
Had some lat pull-downs, some rows, even some curls, sad that the weight was less than half of what I was doing, but it is still something, progress is always the key to getting better.
