Hoy de nuevo realizando caminatas e incorporando nuevos amigos a esta ventura de caminar para favorecer la salud y además poder compartir momentos agradables. Les cuento que en esta oportunidad nos acompaño la amiga de mi hija y la vecina, en este recorrido encontré muchas anécdotas; aquí les comento como fue este recorrido

Inicie bien temprano, salimos a las 6 de la mañana y el frio que estaba haciendo era bien fuerte, por un momento dije que era bueno y que pasaría al pasar los minutos caminando, no fue así y se mantuvo este clima muy frio; la verdad no se a cuanto grados estábamos; pero igual seguimos el recorrido por el asentamiento campesino montero. En esta oportunidad con una meta de llegar a un mas lejos para lograr el propósito de los 5 kilómetros.

Ya aquí en este momento llevábamos 35 minutos de caminata y todo iba mejor que la primera vez; esto lo asocie al tipo de calzado que decidí colocarme que me soportara la pisada; utilice unos Adidas que tienen una válvula que soportan la pisada. Me fue súper bien y mis pies estaban súper cómodos caminando; considero que el calzado es de suma importancia al momento de realizar recorridos que vallan a ser largos.

Seguimos entonces y el camino nos encontramos con una hacienda donde tienes ganado y venden leche pura; las personas que caminan por la zona aprovechan y compran la leche pura de vaca, aproveche de capturar en fotografía estos lindos animales. Mis hijos estaban muy contentos ya que había varias vacas amamantando a sus becerros.

Les cuento que también nos acompaño la mascota de la cuadra por donde vivo, es un perrito muy querido por todos; lo cierto es que nos pasamos todo el recorrido pendiente de el que no se fuera a perder; nos paso que se metió a una hacienda y empezó a corretear a las gallinas, pensamos nos van a cobrar las gallinas si les hace algo. Definitivamente nos reímos mucho; es un perro que está en forma ya que realizo todo el recorrido.

Nos encontramos en el camino, caballos, ovejas y unas flores muy lindas.

Ya aquí de regreso a las 7:22 am; fue un recorrido de 2 horas ida y vuelta. Logre realizar lo que me había propuesto y logre los 5 kilómetros; además de que nos divertimos mucho en el recorrido.

I started very early, we left at 6 in the morning and the cold was very strong, for a moment I said that it was good and that it would happen as the minutes passed walking, it was not like that and this very cold weather remained; I really don't know how many degrees we were at; but we still continue the route through the montero peasant settlement. In this opportunity with a goal of going further to achieve the purpose of the 5 kilometers.

Already here at this moment we had walked 35 minutes and everything was going better than the first time; I associated this with the type of footwear that I decided to put on that would support my footprint; use some Adidas that have a valve that supports the tread. It went very well for me and my feet were super comfortable walking; I consider that footwear is of the utmost importance when making routes that are going to be long.

We continue then and on the way we find a farm where you have cattle and they sell pure milk; people who walk through the area take advantage and buy pure cow's milk, take advantage of capturing these beautiful animals in photography. My children were very happy as there were several cows nursing their calves.

I tell you that the pet of the block where I live also accompanied us, he is a puppy very loved by all; the truth is that we spent the entire route pending the one that was not going to be lost; It happened to us that he entered a farm and began to chase the chickens, we think the chickens will charge us if he does something to them. We definitely laughed a lot; It is a dog that is in shape since I do the whole tour.

We met along the way, horses, sheep and some very pretty flowers.

Back here at 7:22 am; It was a 2 hour round trip. I managed to do what I had proposed and achieved the 5 kilometers; In addition to that we had a lot of fun on the tour.
