wow dude, you are fast. Any time I dip below 6 mins per km I feel like I am going to have a heart attack. You been doing this a long time?

Hey @normie.fitness, thanks! I have been focussing more on cycling over the past years, but since half a year or so I started running again. Aerobics-wise quite similar I guess. But it's all about consistency! If you keep at it without skipping it for longer periods (like winter or something), you will keep improving. It is the foundation and without that, fancy training methods, equipment and what have you come second.

Bottom line is not speed, it's showing up. Keep at it 💪
