mimismartypants just finished a 5.4km run, that lasted for 46 minutes.

Another attempt at a 5km and I did it. Was feeling strong at the end and just pushed till my song was done. Finishing off strong on the past 2 runs, well strong for as oppose to how I have been feeling. Feeling like I'm getting into the zone. It is a treadmill run so I won't fool myself too much!

Hitting the right hear zones. Even though the bulk 9f my workout is in the anaerobic zone, slowly some candles are lighting in the more chilled zones. Could be a sign I'm getting fitter. Lol. Hoping to spread more to the aerobic zone.

A total 26.905 Kms of running clocked for August. Whoop, whoop!
