Beach run in Brittany
@ne9en just finished a 3.54km run, that lasted for 21 minutes.
This run helped ne9en burn 319.8 calories.
Description from Strava: I had to wait a day extra until the worst of my sore leg muscles was gone, this time I took the same route uphill but returned along the beach.
Running is three times more intensive than cycling at around the same heartrate, or at least it feels that way.
My fitbit data is interesting though because red is intensive heartrate (150+) the first part was because I was going uphill but then the entire beach it was intensive as well although it didn't feel as hard.
