Morning Run
@new.things just finished a 7.49km run, that lasted for 65 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 448.0 calories.
Description from Strava: Strava2hive for an easy zone 2 base run. It was a bit windy but otherwise it was not that exciting. At least crypto and digital assets seem to be coming more mainstream with some strong gain for xrp and bitcoin.

I got straight back to 50km after a bit of a dip while on holidays. I was worried it might be too much too soon but most of it was done at a really easy pace.
One session during the week was working on my top end speed. 10 run throughs building up to max during a one hour otherwise easy run.
On another session I did some 400 metre hill intervals with 15 metre of elevation gain.
I only jogged parkrun last week still getting over a head cold but I should be right to push a bit harder this week.
Only one power up this week to leave me just short of the 23k mark
