Description from Strava: Strava2hive Bush to the Bay, My longer run for the week. I hope these will get a little easier. A dip in the bay and the fresh water shower afterwards was so nice.

20260201_095839.jpgI was aiming for 105 minutes of zone 2 running, I was a little slower than I was hoping for after yesterday zone 4 parkrun but I got it done with only a bit creeping into zone 3.

Screenshot_20260201_095543_Strava.jpgI was able to increase the mileage a bit this week.

You covered that sort of distance in that sort of time while almost never leaving zone 2? Your cardio is absolutely outstanding! I would be in zone 4 (only barely) almost all the time to cover this distance in that time frame. We truly are built very differently... and that's just fine! Well done!
