@new.things just finished a 10.02km run, that lasted for 83 minutes.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive a few trails and some bike paths in the rain.
I kept it very slow and easy, more a recovery run after a harder effort at parkrun yesterday.
It was hard to find any sort of rhythm on the single track trails and hilly bike path but it all counts and helps build a stronger zone 2 base.
Strava has me down for a 519 week training streak. 5555 activates that is a lot of running over the years.

My weekly hive and running were pretty consistent too.
