new.things just finished a 5.21km run, that lasted for 31 minutes.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive rewarded run. 8 x 400m with 200m recovery. I am continuing with these shorter harder 400m intervals as I feel l have enough endurance for my 5 km runs but need better cardio and want to feel more comfortable at a faster pace.
