new.things just finished a 5.19km run, that lasted for 32 minutes.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive 8 x 400m with 200m recovery on the flattest local roads could find nearby. I tried to do the 4 slightly down hills at a constant hard pace and the the slightly hills building to a maximum pace in the middle.
