new.things just finished a 10.02km run, that lasted for 63 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 626.0 calories.


Description from Strava: Strava2hive easy run, trying to shorten my stride and increase my cadence, easy said then done with my big long legs but the cadence is slowly on the rise averaged 170 this morning on the flat ground around raby bay foreshore park where it is a bit easier to get into a rhythm. Made should to take my goggles and a towel so I could get a refreshing 10 minute swim in afterwards in pan cake flat conditions.
