Morning Run
new.things just finished a 5.01km run, that lasted for 40 minutes.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive Underwood parkrun. I was not sure whether to start a walk or a run, ended up doing a bit of both. My third time on the Underwood course, so I have run once, walk it the day before in Gold Coast Marathon a few years back and now walked/run one to try and ease my ankle back into it. Felt better than I thought it would for my 384th parkrun.
