Morning Run
new.things just finished a 5.13km run, that lasted for 27 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 386.0 calories.
Description from Strava: Strava2hive Yarrabilba parkrun. Great weather, but I'm struggling to build any decent pace on my ankle. Still happy just to get a run in.
Three big laps and one short lap. Usually a pretty fast course even with the 50m of elevations gain. No dead turns and a nice gradual concrete path slope means it is easy to push a bit harder, if your ankle was not playing up!
My official time of 26:54 was just plodding as fast as I could, trying not to use my ankle too much. Still managed second in my age category out of a overall total of 132 runners and walkers. They have a strong little parkrun community out at Yarrabilba, they even had a plogging who crew cleaned the course and collected 5 bags of rubbish before the event started at 7am.
My 387th parkrun completed and my second time at Yarrabilba.

50m is a fair bit of climbing. I know many would be happy with your time.
Great that the people clean the place up.
