new.things just finished a 5.01km run, that lasted for 43 minutes.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive easy run/walk, still achy from yesterday's faster intervals and weight training. I have almost worn all the lugs off my inov8 trail shoes, but I am starting to really enjoy the zero drop and extra toe box room.
