Description from Strava: Strava2hive intervals 8 @400m with 200m easy. Four of the 400 metres are slightly downhill, my best one being 4:07 pace and the other 4 slightly uphill. All good training but hard on my legs, it is just difficult finding flat ground and street lighting around where I live before work.
