My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2022

Yard work and lots of it to keep me aliveandthriving. We have a couple of mature trees at the back of our property. I do love them dearly but they do drop a lot of seeds, leaves and branches. The shade they provide from the hot afternoon sun is enjoyable but every now and again it is important to check, clean and tidy the roof and gutter especially before our wet stormy season.

I collected lots of good mulch for the front yard. Another good activity count day big morning run, visited my Mum for lunch, the yardwork and an afternoon stroll.
