My Actifit Report Card: December 7 2023

I am trying to keep big targets because of poliac and I want to keep fit. I managed 31k steps, alot of this was at work where I had walking meetings.after work I has some time so I went on an evening walk. I took a photo of the construction of the new metro station duento open next year.

Also further down on the walk I went past the overseas passenger terminal and saw a virgin cruise ship. I didn't realise virgin have their own cruise ships as well as planes.

Finally I took in the atmosphere around the rocks and saw this artwork along a lane way.
