My Actifit Report Card: November 8 2021

Wschody słońca fotografuję znacznie częściej, ale wczoraj akurat udało mi się "ustrzelić" taki kolorowy zachód.

Dziś niestety nie ma na to szans, gdyż cały dzień jest pochmurno.

Pogoda nie sprzyja bieganiu, a mnie wypadałoby iść troszkę potruchtać, gdyż 11. 11.2011 o 11.11 czeka mnie start w biegu górskim 😁

Oczywiście traktuję ten start na luzie, ale wypada mieć przygotowaną jakąkolwiek formę biegową 😎

Plan jest taki - dziś lekki trening, jutro odpoczynek, a w czwartek start.

Jest szansa, że to mój ostatni start w tym roku, chociaż kumpel namawia mnie na start w biegu zimowym.

Na teraz nie mówię nie, ale jeszcze się nie zapisałem.
