Ekstremalny Bieg Górski na Magurkę 2023 : July 8 2023

Zapewne pamiętacie, że w sobotę miałem start w biegu górskim 😁 (hahahaha piszę to tak, jakby ktokolwiek śledził moje posty 🤣).



Niedawno (tydzień temu) zrobiłem sobie rekonesans na tej trasie, więc mniej więcej wiedziałem czego się spodziewać.



Uczciwie przyznam, że upał był niemiłosierny 🥵

Dobrze, że chociaż część podbiegu (w sumie około 4 km) prowadziła w lesie, więc można było skorzystać z cienia, ale sama temperatura powietrza (w okolicach 25 - 30 stopni) nie pomagała w rywalizacji.

Zrobiłem co się dało, równocześnie uważając, by nie wrócić z niepotrzebną kontuzją.

Myślę, że poniższe wykresy pokażą, że się nie oszczędzałem.

Było sporo chodzenia, ale uwierzcie mi, że biegłem gdzie tylko się dało (o ile nachylenie terenu i forma fizyczna pozwalały).



Uplasowałem się mniej więcej w połowie stawki, więc jestem zadowolony.

Teraz "schodzę na asfalt", choć od czasu do czasu wyskoczę w góry, by zrobić trening "siły biegowej".

Najbliższy zaplanowany start mam we wrześniu, choć chciałbym jeszcze wystartować w jakiś zawodach w sierpniu, tyle że - jeśli gdzieś się zgłoszę, to będzie to asfalt.

Z czasem się zobaczy 😎


A po zawodach nastąpiła zasłużona regeneracja 😁
