Niedziela regeneracyjna wyszła na tyle regeneracyjne, że algorytm nie pozwolił mi wrzucić raportu

A co do poniedziałkowego treningu,

to plan był mocny (zdjęcie poniżej).

Będąc na siłowni, chciałem wykonać mocny trening ze środy.

Bieg na bieżni jest idealny do tego typu biegu tempowego.



Przed treningiem miałem zabieg fizjo 😱🤪

Po zeszłotygodniowym bieganiu (półmaraton + kilka treningów) nogi miałem totalnie "zabetonowane".

Masaż fizjo fajnie "odpuścił" mięśnie, ale rozluźnione przyczepy bolą jak cholera.
Trzeba było włożyć sporo siły, by je rozluźnić, a teraz ja muszę swoje odcierpieć, i poczekać, by się to zregenerowało.

Dlatego też odpuściłem mocny zaplanowany trening, i wybrałem truchtanie bazowe w tętnie do 137 bpm.
