Weekendowy long run 😁: July 5 2025

Co prawda long run Garmin zaplanował na niedzielę, ale w sobotę po południu był plan na piwo i duszonki, więc niedziela będzie leniwa, a w sobotę trzeba było trochę potruchtać.



Jak zwykle, zależało mi, by jak najdłużej przebywać w niskim tętnie, by zbudować jak najwięcej "bazy".



Trasę wybrałem w kierunku Bielska.

Nawrót pod kościołem w Bielsku-Mikuszowicach, i "pod górę" w kierunku Szczyrku.



W Bystrej położyli świeży asfalt, więc trzeba było przetestować przyczepność na epickim segmencie z konkretnym podbiegiem 🫣🤪🔥

Porządny wycisk na końcówce treningu 🤯😵‍💫🔥



Po tym podbiegu pozostało mi jedynie dokulać się do końca treningu 🤪



18 kilometrów z rana wjechało niczym śmietana 😉😆

A później kilka godzin pracy na działce u siostry, następnie zaplanowane duszonki, piwo, i rozmowy do wieczora.

Epicka sobota 😁🍻
