Koniec urlopu, to powrót do (w miarę regularnych) publikacji postów.

Dwa tygodnie bez internetu, to fajny reset dla głowy 😁

Coś tam truchtałem na wakacjach, by nie zardzewieć 😉, ale wujek Garmin dopominał się od kilku dni czegoś mocniejszego, więc na koniec urlopu (już na miejscu, pod domem) zaserwowałem sobie niezły wycisk 🤪




Szukałem jakiegoś w miarę płaskiego terenu, i - co najważniejsze - w miarę zacienionej trasy, gdyż upał był niemiłosierny 😰💦



Trasa w Wilkowicach pomogła, ale i tak muszę przyznać, że zmęczyłem się przeokrutnie...

Do tego problem z achillesem dał znów znać o sobie....

Cóż... taki urok biegania....
