🇵🇱 Spacer regeneracyjny 🚶/ 🇬🇧 Recovery walk 🚶: April 13 2026

🇵🇱
Lekki spacer.
Bez zegarka, bez kontroli tempa.
🇬🇧
Monday after a race always feels a bit different. The body still carries the effort, but the mind is already looking ahead. Instead of jumping straight back into training, I go with something simpler.
An easy walk.
No watch, no pace control. Just movement that helps the body settle after yesterday’s run. The legs keep working lightly, blood keeps flowing, and everything slowly returns to balance.
It’s a quiet part of training — invisible in stats, but often crucial in the long run.
