Description from Strava: I wanted to run at a low heart rate because I know I don't do enough at a truly easy pace. I spent three minutes warming up on the treadmill, my legs felt really heavy at first. Then I settled into an even have at 6min per k. Kept a closer eye on my heart rate and was prepared to show down if it got over 140. It didn't :) stoked.
