I have started doing these instead of my usual sprint training as there seems to be a little less impact on my legs but I still seem to get a good workout though.
After a quick warm up for about 8 minutes, I do 12 x 45 second hill repeats with about a minute rest in between.
They are tough but my legs definitely don't hurt as much afterwards.
