Proud of myself for making I out the door this morning and taking on the wet and windy morning. After the usual 2.5km warm, we adjusted the session a little to be 400m repeats. Making 12 before finishing up and cooling down.
My head was hurting cause of the cold and a little annoyed that the wind and rain stopped and it turned into a kinda nice morning.
