Morning Interval Run

Description from Strava: Looked like rain but a nice, but cool morning. Back at the domain joining up with the O'Hagans running group for there Friday interval run.
Warm up with the usual 15 minute, 2.5km run.
Main set:
1km steady, 200m easy
1km split as 500m steady/500m fast, 200m easy
1km split as 500m fast/500m steady, 200m easy
Repeat the above set twice
Add in an easy cool down at the end to finish. Felt great and only struggled for the last 1km repeat.
