Description from Strava: Starting to get a little sick of the rain at the moment. I hope it stops soon. Today's treadmill run was pretty straight forward.

  • 10 minutes warm up

  • 8 x 3 minutes effort, 2 minutes easy
    Then into a weight session as part of my cool down.

Do you not like running in the rain? I don't have an indoor option, so sometimes I get wet.

I do prefer the treadmill for speed work and I am lucky I have the option

I got rid of my cross-trainer, but it was nice to catch up on TV during a workout. I just have podcasts when I am running.
