Description from Strava: A great day for it. Back in the water again this morning for a swim...very cold and impressive to have a few non wetsuit swimmers with me still going in winter. I did a runa after to warm up and then my tempo run in the afternoon to finish off the week of running. I need to be a little more controlled with my pace in preparation for upcoming races.
