Lunch Ride
run.vince.run just finished a 37.18km ride, that lasted for 86 minutes.
This ride helped run.vince.run burn 769.1 calories.
Description from Strava: Another calm morning out on the road and this winter I have committed to getting onto my time trial bike a lot more in preparation for my summer racing. It usually just sits in the garage collecting dust until I need to race and them it almost feels abnormal to be riding it on race day.
I have set myself the goal of doing at least ten rides using the time trial bike before the end of October and this is the second I have done so far.

Probably road bike cause it is just more comfortable and feels a bit more safe on the road.
It is good you get yourself comfortable on a TT bike so when raceday comes you dont feel soar or even worse, injure yourself.
