Description from Strava: A nice cool morning with a little wind. It always feels better once it's done. Definitely no issue with cyclists, I probably have that look ok my face all the time.
We did a 2.5km warm up then decided the main set to be:

1000m steady, 200m easy, 1000m fast, 200m easy
800m steady, 200m easy, 800m fast, 200m easy
600m steady, 200m easy, 600m fast, 200m easy
400m steady, 200m easy, 400m fast, 200m easy
A difficult interval workout, and nice to do an easy 1km cool down afterwards.
