I had to work last night so was not really feeling very much like doing my interval run this morning. @run.kirsty.run was riding to work and I was not able to sleep, so I rode with her and then back home.
There was a bit of a breeze and it was trying to rain but it was nice and for some reason all the schools in the area were quiet which made the roads a lot nicer. I'll try to get a quick ride on the treadmill later today.
