Morning Run Part 1
run.vince.run just finished a 21.16km run, that lasted for 127 minutes.

Description from Strava: Still building up to our marathon's later in the year. I am doing some longer runs once or twice a month. My plan is to break up the run over the day and for the first part I joined @run.kirsty.run for her 21km run down at the bays.
It was a really nice morning and even though it was sunny it was still cool. We have not run down at the bays for a while so it was good to get down there. We then had a nice lunch afterwards and put our legs in the water afterwards to help with recovery.
Later today, I'll hopefully get a good 10 to 13 kilometer run to finish off my training week.
