I don't usually talk much about my Motosumo rides but realized I am almost at 200 rides since joing.
I missed my run home this morning so made sure I did a little extra on my ride this morning.
I think I have been getting a lot out of the platform but need to push myself a little harder and do the longer training like I did today. My heart rate was higher for a longer time.
