Again with the long intervals. I have been doing these as part of my marathon training and have been finding them to be a really tough session. It's pretty simple.
5 x 13 minutes at marathon pace with a 3 minute easy jog in between.
The first three intervals went well. I was a lot slower than what I should have been for the last two though. All good...it's been a tough couple of weeks of training so will be easing up a bit heading into the last two weeks before race day.
