Description from Strava: @cycling
This is the second year I have done this race, to help raise money for prostate cancer survivors and research. It's basically a four hour ride to see how long you can ride for on a race track. Even though I only did one extra lap from last year and it rained for almost half of the ride, it was a really good time and enjoyed the race.
Last year my pacing was not the best. I decided to take it easy for the first hour and then pushed hard after that and was falling apart for the final hour. Today I decided to take it easy for the first three hours and then do what I could in the last hour. It worked well for me and with the weather conditions being a bit crap, I finished just out of the top 10 for the day. Took me a while to warm up after the race but it's a really good confidence booster heading into race season.

This was a nice one and since you are doing it for a reason, it's the best. You are a great man and a man who wants the best for people. Doing this to raise money for the cancer patient is must too much of you.

What a great achievement. 127km is really a lot. Isn't it boring riding the same round over and over again?

Well done for a good cause!
