Morning 10k

I just finished a 10.002km running that lasted about 0hh:42mm:39ss !

It's time to get back to some smaller local races as a lead up and higher intensity training for my bigger races later in the year. I am glad we have the chance to race and I am a little annoyed with my time today, I know I shouldn't be and should know by now I should not be expecting personal bests every time I race, especially after a long week of training.

I just feel like I was making good progress but went a little backwards today, but it was a little colder than what we have been racing in...Hopefully it means I will be making progress again soon enough.
