Morning Run: Come on legs!
steevc just finished a 6.98km run, that lasted for 42 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 515.0 calories.
Description from Strava:
It was the pub music session last night and we had a lot of people there so it was good fun. I had not played my guitar in a while and I found that my sore thumb made it difficult to play some chords. I had to pick songs I could manage and did a few of my own ones.
This morning was looking nice out. It took a while to get going as my legs were still feeling the effects of my last run. I was doing the alternate slow and fast kilometres again. The first fast one is never that quick on this route as it is all uphill, but the other two were better and I got some speed up when I came back down.
I did not see many people out today. It can be quiet around here, but I normally see more runners and dog walkers.
I have volunteered for parkrun this week, but I will run it again soon. I really hope to see some improvement over the summer. I need to see about entering the local 10k race again.

That looks like a cool path to run. Does it get very slick when it is muddy? We finally got a bit of rain last night.
That track is not too bad. It does run uphill though. This whole route is not too muddy, so I can run it all year. I use it as it is not too busy.
